Perspective

How the work
formed the operator.

01

Foundations

Alex Starr began in operations inside a national transportation organization. Those years established the instincts — attention to detail, respect for systems, clarity under pressure — that still shape how he leads.

02

Operator turned builder

At All Starr General Contracting he took full ownership of the commercial and operating picture. Leading the P&L through meaningful scale taught him that profitability compounds when those two seats move as one.

03

The founder chapter

In 2024 he founded The Claims Ninja to rebuild how restoration and insurance work gets done. The company became a proving ground for commercial discipline under real delivery pressure.

04

The consistent thread

Across chapters, the work is the same: turn complexity into measurable performance through capable people, clear ownership, and durable customer relationships.
